During the extrusion process, the temperature of each section of the barrel should be kept relatively stable to avoid excessive temperature fluctuations. For this reason, the heating system of the extruder can be maintained and maintained regularly to ensure the normal operation of the heating element. At the same time, when adjusting the temperature, it should be done gradually to avoid excessive one-time adjustment, which may adversely affect the extrusion process.
